Executive Assistant – Now Hiring at Morriss Dynamix Technologies Inc.

 POSTED: 5/27/2026

Company Overview: Morriss Dynamix Technologies Inc. is a Michigan-based Tier-1 automotive supplier startup focused on practical, safety-driven ADAS innovations. Founded by Brent Morris, we are developing the S/S Safety System — real-time glare mitigation that solves a critical blind spot (sun glare) current ADAS systems miss. With promising patent research underway and a clear path to OEM and aftermarket sales, we are raising capital to complete prototypes, file patents, and bring this life-saving technology to vehicles.

Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive, organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder/President and help accelerate our growth. This is a remote-first role (occasional in-office work may be required in the Livonia, MI area). You will play a key part in day-to-day operations while directly contributing to investor outreach, grant applications, and business development — helping us secure the funding needed to bring our safety technology to market.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Manage paperwork, documentation, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with small finance actions, overviews, and basic reporting
  • Conduct targeted research (market, grants, competitors, etc.)
  • Identify and prepare grant applications for the business
  • Support investor outreach and help get us in front of qualified investors
  • Coordinate business meetings, training events, and logistics
  • Provide web assistance: website building/updates, digital advertising, and marketing support
  • Handle additional projects as our fast-moving startup evolves

What We Offer – Compensation: This is an equity-heavy opportunity designed for someone who wants to grow with a high-potential startup.

  • Target annual compensation equivalent: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience and market rates for remote Executive Assistants in Michigan/automotive tech).
  • Structure: The full compensation will be fulfilled through equity shares in Morriss Dynamix Technologies Inc.
  • Shares will include clear terms: a defined end date or cash-value redemption when the company achieves key funding milestones (e.g., successful capital raise).
  • This gives you direct skin in the game and real upside as we scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or related experience (startup or automotive/tech preferred)
  • Strong skills in organization, research, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and web tools
  • Experience or interest in grants, investor relations, or digital marketing is a big plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for automotive safety and innovation is highly valued

How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief note on why you’re excited about joining a safety-focused automotive startup to: brent.morris@morrissdynamix.com (subject line: Executive Assistant Application {NAME}).

We review applications on a rolling basis. This is a chance to be part of a small, mission-driven team building technology that can save lives and create strong returns.
