Confirm kiln class (L53/KD150, L200 S, or L200 M/KD250), local network reachability, and whether status shows Connected or stale. Include IP if shown on screen. Note: L200 S uses an L53-class controller (no moisture probes); Lite does not provide timber probes on any class.
On Lite, timber moisture probes are not included (L200 S has no controller probes; L200 M probe hardware is a Plus path). For any probe UI you do see, check which probes are toggled active, timber group selection, and °C vs °F. Screenshot helps (no credentials).
