DryLogix is a kiln monitoring system pairing purpose-built hardware with an application dashboard. It is designed to help operators see drying conditions clearly, track process indicators over time, and get notified when something needs attention — without relying only on manual checks or paper logs.
The product focus is practical aftermarket use on industrial dryers, with initial design attention on L53/KD150, L200 S, and L200 M/KD250 class equipment.
L200 S vs L200 M: An L200 S pairs an L53-class controller (no moisture probes) with M-class hardware so you can dry more board foot at once. An L200 M / KD250 uses the newer M controller that can support moisture probes. DryLogix Lite works on both (and on L53/KD150) for read-only controller-path monitoring. Timber moisture probes are not part of Lite — that is the Plus path (under development).
Kiln drying quality and efficiency depend on stable, well-understood conditions. When dry and wet bulb readings, DRI trends, or equipment status are hard to see in one place, operators spend more time walking the floor, miss early warning signs, and have less data to improve schedules and loads.
| Tier | P/N | Summary |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | MDTI-DLX-LT-A | Read-only monitoring from the controller path on L53/KD150, L200 S, and L200 M/KD250. Does not replace the kiln controller. No timber moisture probes on Lite (including on L200 M). |
| Plus | MDTI-DLX-PL-A | Lite capabilities plus two timber probes, power/switches/relays/fuses, and compressor HP/LP trip awareness. |
| PRO | MDTI-DLX-PR-A | Higher-tier package. Feature set remains high-level; media below is illustrative until final PRO scope is locked. |
Lite is a read-only monitoring path from the existing controller — it does not replace controller control, climate/schedule assist, or add timber-probe hardware.
Read-only temperature and humidity-related conditions from the controller path so operators can see the drying environment clearly.
Setpoints, drying-rate indicators (DRI), and status as available from the controller path — for visibility, not control replacement.
Notifications when conditions or system status need attention — aimed at faster, more confident decisions on the floor.

DryLogix requirements were informed by real kiln and wood-processing experience at Morriss Wood, LLC — part of the MDTI operating portfolio. The goal is productized monitoring that reflects how drying work actually runs day to day, not a generic industrial sensor package with no operator context.
Consistency and peace of mind shouldn’t be a struggle — DryLogix keeps the kiln on track.
Lite dashboard first, then PRO, then hardware and install context.
Read-only Lite dashboard — dry/wet bulb, setpoints/DRI/status as available from the controller path, and alerts. Does not replace the kiln controller.
Illustrative PRO / higher-tier view — live kiln status with extended monitoring (media illustrative until PRO scope is locked).
Illustrative PRO / higher-tier cycle graph — dry bulb, wet bulb, timber moisture, and DRI (media illustrative until PRO scope is locked).
Purpose-built kiln-side hardware — the unit that reads chamber data and serves the local dashboard.
